Gibson SG is a famous guitar which is manufactured by Gibson Corporation. It was invented in 1961 as the latest version of Les Paul. But when after some modification it becomes famous as SG guitar. Gibson SG guitars are based on double cutaway model. All SG guitars are almost looking same in model. The bodies of Gibson SG guitars are much better then other models. The body is constructing at an angle by which the neck, the pickups and the bridge are all on the same plane. The manufacturing of Gibson SG guitars are started in 1961.
